Russell has 15 years financial services sector experience including seven years of industry experience delivering assurance and advisory services at Deloitte.
Whilst at Deloitte, Russell was a financial transformation SME and spent 18 months seconded into two FTSE 100 clients implementing audit & financial best practice whilst assessing reporting capabilities. From 2010 – 2014 Russell directed the Insurance Division of a leading recruitment consultancy.
At Miryco he has continued to grow a substantial network across the insurance and asset management markets and is respected as a leading advice and service provider to the market. Clare has extensive experience recruiting in to the financial services sector both from an in-house and agency perspective. With prior experience as a financial and non-financial risk management recruitment specialist, she currently plays an active role in supporting the Institute of Operational Risk and the Professional Risk Managers International Association.
Clare previously played an instrumental role in successfully driving the growth and development of the risk management division at a leading recruitment consultancy and demonstrates strong networking and business development skills.

Chris has over 10 years business development experience and recently made the move from recruitment job boards to Miryco Consultants.
His focus will be on continuing to build and develop Miryco’s strong position in the asset management market, with the objective of specialising in middle office recruitment.

After completing an MA in Political Strategy & Communication and EU External Relations in Brussels and an undergraduate in International Relations & Translation, Silvia brings a highly academic and international background to Miryco and will joining forces with George Hudson to focus on Governance positions within the Insurance Market.
